pretty simple i actually liked that it was short the end was funny.
bland, uninteresting.
First of all, you start off the movie with us not knowing what the hell your character is doing. There's one scene, with one static character, one static fore/background, and dialog that leaves every bit to the imagination.
The only part that was gaining on 'good' was the lip syncing.
Please work on this, even though I'm sure you put a good amount of time into this, I can't imagine that you honestly believe this is quality work.

While I don't usually do this, I thought I'd give you a blow by blow account of how I decided on my vote for this one:
"Hmm, the art work doesn't suck"
"Crap, it's some 'all other Halo players suck' flash"
"I wonder if he ever animates anything"
"It doesn't suck completly, and I'm close to a Blam rank upgrade, I better give it a 2"

So, to summerize: The artwork is good, but there wasn't enough of it. The joke was funny but far too late to serve as a hook, and there was only one. THe hook to get me interested wasn't there. The background was, it was, it was green.
