Not bad, but the idea does need work.
Although you did a moderate job on your animations, they need some work. Even so, they are still good enough to get the point across.
Your choice of music was good, but the cannon just drowns it out half of the time. Maybe tone down or level out the sound bytes in your next flash.
The lack of violence in this was surprising. But that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Just remember what kind of audience you are trying to reach here.
On a good point, I found it humorous that the conductor was dodging the cannon balls for his life throughout the song. Unfortunately, there weren't that many different animations for this. It still worked, but try to keep in mind for next time that extra work goes a long way.
The game itself wasn't all too entertaining. It was a simple timing game with almost no way to lose. Maybe if you sped it up as you went, or added more cannons or even a reload button, the it might have gotten a better score.
Overall, this does need work, but it's still better then some of the flashes on this site. Keep trying. 3 out of 5

And to this so called AttackingHobo: These reviews are for constructive criticism, not to completely bash someone's work into oblivion. If you don't like the way people do their flashes, don't comment on them so harshly. Why don't you submit your own material onto Newgrounds if you don't like the selection? From the way you judge things, you must be pretty good at it.
