Really Bad

Three things that makes this animation suck:
1) Much of the people think that Naruto characters are stronger than Dragon Ball Z characters, but it's a mistake, Naruto characters have the strength of a normal kid of his age, even if they have techniques and all that shit, Dragon Ball Z characters can win just with one punch.
2) You don't put any effects sound, all is that music, but when they punch each other?
3) Too slow the animation, I don't know how much frames you put per second, but it's too slow :(

Goku won,

People don't get that Naruto is Weaker than Goku, Naruto would be pulbverised.
Even in Dragonball, Naruto is weaker cause Goku will get pissed off and Naruto
will be destroyed by the kameahmeha, even Sonic can defeat naruto just by
squishing his head with spindash to the wall. So their will be no way Naruto
will block that and tell about how it hurts, sorry I will have to give you a 3/10
my good sir.

Naruto Can't Stand A Chance

Lol, look at your video, Naruto is actually wining Goku, how could this happen. Naruto will not stand a chance, the only Goku that he can beat is Kid Goku from the begining of Dragon Ball.
