Reviews for "Wiggi Rescue"

it makes my eyes scream in pain.

as the level gets faster and faster, it starts to look as if the blocks are moving downwards and its really quite a painful experience trying to keep up. Tetris, if you dropped an ugly unstylised little cartoon man into the empty box and turned on some awful music. quite well made mind. the feel for jumping gets upward pointing thumbs of justice

Cool, but not cool enough. Could get cooler.

It needs a little work and it'll become a great platformer rather than a mildly average one. It has the familiar formula and controls but not much extra save for the wall bounce but even that is rather lacking in importance since it basically does nothing it would seem. If more animation and relevance was given to the wall bounce, this game might've been a whole lot more fun-inducing but instead it's entertaining for all of a few seconds before the old familiar style of play begins to wear thin and finally...Off! I did enjoy it though.

Skeik responds:

It doubles the score received for the jump you're doing :P

But I WILL put in an animation for the wall bounce. Nice idea.

well made, but not fun... just play icy tower

Why is there an exit button?

Nice Improvment!

Hey Skeik! I reviewed your first try of a Flash Icy Tower and I must say! You've done a good improvment!
Anyway, this feels much smoother than your first attempt. I can't complain about your graphics. But when you jump, it feels a little restricted on where you can jump. You don't have the freeness as you do when playing FLD's Icy Tower, you know? Still, good job. Another down is that you can't jump that high even with your "cartwheel" jump.
Other than that, You've done quite will. I will surely recommend this game to the people on the FLD forum. Wanna link? Here.

I was thinking this was a piece of cake until the steps suddenly started going in zigzac from one side of the screen to the other. 522 points... is that good? Would be cool with a highscore tale! Also, the music really doesn't fit the increase in pace, but for what it is it was fun. Keep it going!
