Not bad...
It's just not too good either. You might want to include things like more interactivity with the stages (moving walls, power-ups, etc.) on top of that, you need a feature that allows you to redo the stage you failed on, instead of making youstar over from lvl 1.
Not bad for first draft, now fix it up...
Fix the right-click issue and the collision detection could use a little bit of refining. Liked those orbs too. Just polish the rest a bit, good work.

You gotta stand out
There are waaay to many of these types of games. If you want to survive your gonna have to stand out.
1. Improve the physics, sometimes I would blow when I wasn't touching the walls, and other times I could touch the wall and not blow up.
2. Change up the backgrounds, things like wall colors etc just to keep it interesting
3. You need more levels
4. Add variety like moving enemies etc

you need to have right click disabled to make this game good maybe some time limits, cool effects, by passes diffrent tools. this game idea has GREAT potencial
