Meh-ish
To be honest, I didnt find it that funny at all,and turned it off half way.
However, the voice acting was actualy pretty resonable.
You shouldnt be blamed for doing a dub, mindyou.

To each his own, I guess. Note that there's only so much flexibility when you're trying to both fit the lip flaps and establish some sort of coherent dialog.
Good, but beware of lawsuits.
I can't give you any credit for the graphics seeing as how this wasn't animated but was simply just a scene copyed directly from the show.
Since this is just a video dub it doesn't get as much style.
The sound and dubbing was good and original as you've made it funny.
I can't credit you for any violence that may occur from the animation seeing as this is from the original show.
Clicking the start buttion counts as interactivity so I'll give you a point for that.
It gave me a quick laugh so you get points for humor.
Since the graphics were copyed I can only give this overall a 5 or less. Since graphics and sound are what make a flash movie.
If Viacom/Nickelodeon saw this you could very well be sued for copyright infringement or plagarism. This doesn't fall under Fair Use since this animation is directly from the TV Show and is not an original flash that is based on the Avatar series.
Viacom is a very powerful media company that can afford to hire the best lawyers so I would be very concerned about that.
Viacom has sued Youtube for $1 Billion, and you could be next if you are not careful.

If they sued me, maybe they'll show the video as evidence in court and I'll get a nice laugh out of the Judge before he throws me in prison.

Good voices, ok. I don't like the humor (or maybe I don't get it, but a girl talking like a man and jokes like dog crap is good for the environment blabla is not really funny) And too much weight on "yeah this is humor and not animation so give me 10"
