Not so great, even for a reproduction
Sure, the whole DDR thing is a fun and addicting game, but when you make it hard to play, why not just go to a different version of the game? Like Flash Flash Revolution. Make it a bit easier to differentiate arrows and more responsive you would have a great game. Good music, bad execution.
Worth the time due to the music
First point I get the Title....funny. Beyond that there are numerous times the game wouldn;t register an arrow being pressed. The Back ground and over all look of the game was rather drab. The Sound was definately redeeming and the fact that each level is unlocked by doing well the song before drives people to continue playing even against the other flaws. I Think over all since its a dumbed down version of other music based games it needs a lot of work save the song choices.
A Decent Attempt
As said, there are problems with the overlapping arrows. Also, different colors for the overlap would be nice so we can tell which arrows are which. If you want a good game like this, get stepmania and find songs for it.
Good, but annoying
It was good, but it got unresponsive when the arrows overlapped which was very frusterating. Also, the songs were not synced with the arrows, so it was more like playing ddr with the sound off and a seperate song playing. Fix the responsiveness, sync the songs, and you just might have a contender for one of the best games of the year.
Terrible.
Decent songs, sure, but so help me god, if most rhythm games were this unresponsive, ill-timed, and unsynced, I would have been dangling from a noose long ago. Fix the responsiveness.
