If you want to save your picture,
1) Go to "Accessories" in your "Start" menu
2) Open "Paint"
3) Unless you want it in the picture, get rid of the gridlines, then menu
4) Look for the key that says "Prt Scr" on the keyboard. It's usually above the Insert key.
5) Open up the Paint Window again
6) Go to the "Edit" tab and click "Paste"
7) Cut out the Sprite that you made. You can do this by selecting the square shaped Cutting tool in the Toolbar.
8) When you've finished getting the photo cropped inside the Square, right-click and press the "Cut" option.
9) Erase the rest of the photo part that you didn't cut using the erase tool. It's a lot of work.
10) Right-click a blank part of the screen and click "paste". It should appear in the top-left corner.
If you want, you can crop the background so it fits into the picture. Hope this helped!
