I figured it out...finally!
The clues definitely are in the dialogue. I won't tell you exactly what the answer is but just look at E, 100th and Irrational.
A bit more depth to the game would be good though.

For one thing, i tried all the wepaon power levels and he didnt die, so i dont think that even works...
Anyways, I'd look over my code if i were you. Also, maybe add some length to the game, such as maybe contiolling the ship and finding different stuff, and this guy is the end of game boss.
