Mediocre
1. The loading bar. Make it look more like liquid filling a bottle. Liquid doesn't move sideways, or in the shape of a bottle (with a bottle cap).
2. Make the voices understandable. They all sounded unbelievably constipated and many of the words were hard to recognize.
3. Try to make your animation a little smoother. Try to make them seem more natural and smooth.
Congrats on the car chase though, you got the perspective right unlike almost every other animator out there.

Overall, this was a good submission. Pretty damn funny.
