Fun and entertaining!
Loved the Music.
The fight scene was well done, even if some of it was copied from Naruto. ;)
Voted 5. Hope it passes and others may enjoy it as well.

Man...
...this isn't a movie, just an animation. If we read the word "ninja", we expect action, so put some good action scenes!
Meh.
If you're gonna steal some Naruto stuff, at least include the headbands. You even have the freakin' symbol, for crud's sake.
Cartoony but in a good way
Pretty decent movie I must say. Motion tween is never as fun to watch (though more fun to make) then frame-by-frame but you pulled it off well. If you make more ninja movies, my only suggestion is that if they jump through the trees, they move a bit faster so you get a sense of speed like in them ninja movies.
What Happens?
The Person sits there forever doing nothing, part of making a good flash movie is having the person or object actually do something.
