Reviews for "Captain R: Game Ranger 2b"

Sonic and Shadow

More specifically, Shadow. He alone redemed this episode enough for me to give that a five. Everything before that, is complete fail, especially the rape. Good god that was horrendously stupid. I'll pretend everything before Sonic and Shadow showed up never happened. My previous complaints stand, with apparent exceptions for Sonic and Shadow.

Questions? Comments? Comebacks? Flames? PM me.

Sunrie responds:

More of Shadow? So, you're a furry, to. Shouldn't you be off yiffing in a fur pile somewhere instead of wasting everyone's times?

There was a warning about sexual content. You're 17, so you shouldn't have been watching that to begin with. I know, I know, your mother told you that kind of thing only happens when two people LOVE each other, but out there in the real world, that sort of thing happens. Ron is an abuse character and a douche, so that's why it's in there and is extremely funny.

Your previous complaints are just as worthless as your current ones.

good

very good!!

Sunrie responds:

Why thank you, thank you very much! Be sure to keep an eye out for SFvsDBZ and Game Ranger 4

You deserve a 10 for this part.

It started off giving me a good laugh on having Ron,Michael Jackson,Abobo & others chasing around the Lost Wood to the Benny Hill theme and then i was quite surprised seeing the fairies from Actraiser in this flash in one hilarous scene so that was a good surprise then soon after i was happy to see Sonic & Shadow make an appearence in a funny part with them slaughtering Chao creatures,it's a shame you took out the action scene afterwards though but it was for an understandable cause so i won't put it against you, overall this part of episode 2 was a lot more longer than the previous one which was nice and combining the two makes it out to be a fantastic episode that really makes this series great so far so keep up the great work.

Sunrie responds:

Yeah, wasn't that fairy rape scene disturbing as hell? I think it was Wyldfyre1 and Maximus2142 who came up with that idea in general, and I animated it. I made myself sick a few times doing the scene *LOL*

The action scene part was actually a joke and I admit, it's a little thrown in there and tacky. It worked well enough when the file was complete and not split up, but now it feels just kind of "Meh...so lazy!"

I like it

I guess I'm the 2000th person to view this flash! Don't know why it doesn't have more views. This was better than the first one, and the voice work was impressive. The graphics seemed better than most sprite works. While not a masterpiece, still very well done.

Sunrie responds:

Thank you very much. I'm currently working on the next installment, which will be more impressive than this one. The voice work is done by more than three people, the sprites should be even more clean, and the battle sequences should be fun to watch as well.

"If someone else didn't want him, why would we?"

Sorry it took so long, but I finally got around to seeing it like you asked. That was, uhm, weird. There was less cussing than the first episode, but there still was a lot of cussing. Furthermore, you people have a very mean sense of humor. I know this may work some audiences, but for me I cringed at a lot of the parts. The movement, and some of the voices, were definitely a step up in this episode. That was definitely a good thing. Sorry, but I just don't have much more to say about this.

Sunrie responds:

From Sunrie:
I'm not really sure I understand what you mean by a "very mean sense of humor". I thought it kind of matched some of your humoring style with things you've brought up in your storylines.

As for the cussing, the Game Ranger is going to swear a lot because that's just who he is. The guy is white trash to the core, which is what we're basing the interactions around. He's also based off of a real life person who really acts this way, so we're treating the character like dirt, which is where most of the humor comes from.

The next animation is going to be even more fluid and we have six new voice actors joining the cast for new characters. Obviously certain characters aren't going to be swearing and there will be a lot more action.

From Wyldfyre1:
...I'm a little confused on the review. Thanks for the review, though.
