cool,there is a strategy to beat that guy :
start by using flah dash on him then when you are low of hp use heal and when dont have any mp use slide kick when streak is around 200-0 use sacrifice on him also great serie

i already wrote a rewiew on episode 4 so i have to write this here instead.
Its obvious about some parts of this series:
The guy that Exodus and kragon are working for is shadowed in episode 4 but there is a slight close up to him and it is obviously RELAX.
The boss said he will be watching Exodus in case he betrays the team, and whenever exodus attacked swamp village or redstone town, relax was present but no one suspects him as he is acting like the village idiot.
basically, in the rest of the series. Exodus is gonna become a good guy and work with Kyros, Jinz, Roy, Karen, Blade and Target. Blade and Kyros are going to have a fight to the death because of blade;s dislike for kyros. and kyros kills blade but then regrets it
The remaining members of the team Exodus was in (Kragon, ?Limeshade? and Relax) will try and steal the rest of Earth but Lord Shado wants it for himself, but then Kragon, Limeshade and Relax mention they want to destroy Earth while Lord Shado only wants to take over it (making him the lesser evil).
nOT knowing this, Valder and Ryddo try and take out Lord Shado and they fight, the leaves time for the other 3 to work on their plan to destroy Earth, and Lord Shado escapes from his fight.
Just as the Earth is going to be blown up. Lord Shado fights Limeshade and Kragon while Relax goes to kill the other characters.
Much later on, there is a final fight between Kyros, Jinz, karen, Roy, Target, Valder and Ryddo vs Kragon, Limeshade and Relax. The battle kills, Target, Roy and Limshade. Later Ryddo gets killed but is happy as he will meet Shade in heaven. the rest of the characters are injured and it is finally just kyros vs relax. Kyros gets inspired by his dead friends from episode 1, his other dead friends and raje, and he kills relax, Lord Shado appears and trys to kill Kyros and the rest of them.
Limeshade and Kragon turn good and try to fight him with the rest and they get killed with Jinz.
Finally Karen gets angry and kills lord shado and Then all the bad guys are dead.
Kyros, Exodus, Karen and Valder are still alivr at the end
