Ok, all around.
I thought the message was great, so I put that under style. But it was kind of slow, and it was hard for me to concentrate on one thing, it was pretty sketchy, but that's artistic pieces for you. Good job, make more like it, speed it up a bit, and you've got yourself a fan right here.
Good directing, but...
Kudos for the idea, but you should work on your graphics and your sound.
Music is of course a good choice, I like them too and they fit well here. You need sounds though. I want to hear thunder when I see lightning, you dig?
Your graphics are considerably worse. Seeing as your quality seems to be that you can think up a good plot tension and work it out, your ideal job is that of director. Others are better at drawing, animating, or sound. So get together with them, guide them as a group to your final result.
Yours is the power to dream up a story. It's powerful. Get people to work out your details.

I liked it a lot. graphic are good and the poem is kinda cool. As for the music, I don't think you could've picked any better, I loved it for that.
