Not bad for a first one. In any case, first of all you should make it a lot longer. Use more characters and in some cases make them look a bit like themselves (for example: Gon could be small and have a tail... i believe that he would make pretty cool stick figure. True Ogre, big badass stickfigure with wings. Mokujin with round hands. Doctor Boskonovitch who never really gets up from the ground. Gun Jack, big.. BIG...(the list goes on..))
Another suggestion is to use backgrounds, more sounds and background music. There are different theme songs for almost all of the characters.
