change the flash file and make optimized drawings. That's why the filesize was so high.
Highlight brushstrokes and do ctrl+shift+alt+C and a window will pop up that says how much you want to optimize your artwork.
Optimizing makes the lines smoother so there's no bumps and a smaller filesize because Flash won't have to remember where all of the bumps are, just a straight curved line.
If the optimizing makes it look like crap, than optimize it a little less.
Do that in all of your symbols or art on the main timeline and it should be a lot lower. This makes people with slow computers (like me) able to watch movies without waiting 20 mins for it to load
