Entertaining, but...
It's good, but the audio glitches keep it from being great. Also, why repeat the same actions over and over? The "times-two" punchline is funny once, but not the other ten times.
By the way, you "wail" on a guitar, not "whale".
Clean up the audio and you'd earn a 4 from me.
Visual style is great.
