One of my favourites
All round excellent submission, simple but elegant graphics that will actually run on my creaking old computer. An interesting story element. The shooting is simple but the shield system is quite original and adds a level of tactics to the game. Deserves a weekly award.
Looks the same like the most other arcade shooters
I now how much work there is going in there but like i said before it looks to much the same as other arcade shooters.

just 1 suggestion, can you put in on Wiicade .com and use their special Wiimote API? Cause this game would be perfect for it

now that you've mentioned it. I actually worked on this game because of the wiicade API. The problem is that Opera is slow on rendering large pngs. The solution I came up was to make the game smaller and edit the Javascript API and allow zoom. The result was awesome. I would say it was faster than firefox. I tried talking to dave about it, but I don't think it'll happen.

There Was TOO MUCH lag! i Could hardly play the game cos' it lagged so much. But a good game nevertheless.
Just one minus!
The game was awesome! But with one minus; when you lost all your HP, you have to start all over! Can you at least make a "Continue?!" button after you died? Plz? The I´ll put this into my favorite flash submissions :)
