I would of gave it a ten, but what is it? It didn't quite make scence at all. thats +10 cause it was good, and -4 because it was hard to understand.

All in all, it is an ok longcat, but not the best I've seen. For one thing, it is not really all that long- you might try slowing it down and putting more detailed scenery around it.
Oh, and you really need to fix the preloader- it is so laggy that I almost closed the window and gave you a 0 just on general principles.

Gak, those shape tweens at the start crashed my internet browser.
Also , very little animation - it's just a picture scrolling up.
I doubt you spent more than half an hour on this. I'm pretty certain that that isn't your drawing either.

Anyway, I spent an entire 15 minutes on this (woot), and it sure as hell ain't my drawing... I censored it though...

No ofense, but you just used an image on EncyclopediaDramatica (cutted), and all that was made was sliding it. Also, there should have been at least a replay button.
And by the way, the shape tween lagged my internetz.
