Excellent concept
I loved your game...pretty much played it all the way through. The only comments I'd have would be to make the PacMan guy easier to control (he was a bit buggy) and tweak the coding of the bouncers a little bit...sometimes the darts travel through them if they're going to fast (I understand why but there's a way to fix it). You might also update the graphics. But honestly, this is one of the most original concepts to come through the portal in a while. Nice work!

Pop as many as possible on the top part of the level until you have 1 dart left. Then use your final dart to pop as many of the ice bloons as you can (they still count towards your total).
Thought the rainbow was gay, but fun game.
Honestly, it got pretty tough. Got past the pacan level and quit. But fun game overall.
