This might be a weird thing to say, but it feels like you where having a lot of fun when making this fan art.
The energy of this fan art is so playful, impactive, energetic, and bright. I'm not even the biggest One Piece fan, but I can tell you drew this character with a lot of care.
This art is just very fun to look at. You did a very good job with this.

its not weird at all you're right lol, when it clicked, moving trough it cleaning it up, it stops becoming a chore and it becomes fun to draw what you love, art is hard but when you get it right its a feeling you keep chasing, im glad you noticed the fun i had with this
