I do agree that you don't need to make flash to review it, that's just nonsense. People are rating and reviewing based on quality and enjoyment, not just effort.

I agree, we can't all make flash. I wanted to, but can not pay the money. Now I have too many things on my plate to do so. Now while some who simply says "ur $hi7 sux" has no right to review. Someone with contructive criticism has every right to voice their opinion. It is also true that a large number of flashes are bellow the portal standards, and are generally given low scores and blammed. This is another result of opinion. So thank you, for trying to clean up the attitude of this site. ( I get sick of both the sub par arists whining and the overly derogatory reviews... which I have done myself at one point.)
