Reviews for "Orbital"

Hmmm...

It was a pretty easy game. Despite the fact that you only had ONE life, It was O.K. But in my opinion it wasn't that fun. I loved the soundtrack though =}.

MaxManning responds:

Thanks for checking it out, hopefuly you'll like the next version better.

Thanks again to Darkvampiire for the music. I agree it's perfect for the game.

Really good game, but you can cheat.

I liked the game, and the music you had playing with it.

Though, you can cheat if you have a tablet and effectively jump over spheres.

MaxManning responds:

I'm not sure there is much I can do about protecting against tablet cheating. But, the next version will probably be harder to do that as it'll be more based on timing than just manuevering.

It looks alright..

Sadly, I'm colour blind so I couldn't get past the 4th lvl.. There must of been like a yellow and green.. I couldn't see the difference between the two..

But, it looks like a good game and well thought out. Good job.

MaxManning responds:

I'm gonna see what I can do about solving the color blind issue in the new version. Is there certain colors I should avoid using ?

Hmm...

This was an alright game. There is a lot of potential especially with moving parts, walls, and so on.

My only annoyance is that I had a real time playing some levels because I'm colorblind and the difference between some colors (like yellow and that lime green color) was a bit hard sometimes. Consider this when you make a game that has color matching, make the colors more distinct, or use patterns, etc.

MaxManning responds:

Next version will be colorblind friendly. I had no idea there were so many colorblind people.

ok..

its hard to control at tiems and i cant tell orange and yellow apart when they are small this is hard for the people who have a laptop

MaxManning responds:

I'll differentiate the colors more in the next version.
