Not the poor Bidoof!
The funny thing here is that, unless this Bidoof has Moody (the Bidoof/Bibarrel line's Hidden Ability), odds are they'd find themselves slotted into the role of "HM User", because IIRC Gen VI still had HMs as something you needed to progress through the story.
So Goober had nothing to worry about on two separate fronts (Moody Bidoof/Bibarrel is actually kind of broken, admittedly, but limited type coverage means there'd still be situations where Goober is statistically superior.
Aside from my massively overthinking this, the art is still very nice.
