Beautifully done. I love when art accurately portrays emotion, anxiety would also fit. I personally love the purple coupled with the mist/smoke it gives the hands a more sinister, deep psyche, supernatural feel.

Thank you! The hands disappearing in the mist were supposed to point out that those fears that get a hold of us exist inside of our mind and for anybody around us they are vistually nonexistent. Fear is something very personal, hard to share and explain to anybody else, even the people who are very close to us.
I like the composition of this one really much.
It is an interesting way to express fear in my opinion and it is done gorgeously, even though I have to say, me personally, I think, that the purple doesn't fit in into that work itself very well.
My personal opinion though.

I was also taking green into consideration but it didn't look very well. Red on the other side seemed too obvious and too bloody, would indicate more phisical pain than mental state. Thank you for your feedback! :)
