I wish I understood this mascot, I just don't get it.

im not involved in the whole gamergate movement, but i do follow its news now and then, listen to lots of podcasts while im animating from people like sargon of akkad (mainly because he's videos are long and i need long videos to listen to when i animate)
but from all infos i got, she is basically a character made from 4chan backers for a kickstarter that is helping some woman to make games. she became a mascot to GG because of some censorship heavy people tried to ruin that kickstarter.
that stuff is very complicated, but very interesting at the same time.
so i dont blame you at all for avoiding it, i personally too try to avoid anything political, i mainly made this animation because i like her design ^^
