Errors
I didn't mind the spelling errors. The Englisha ctually isn't that bad. But there are a lot of errors in the code. The code shown in the tutorial isn't even the same as the tutorial fla. Did you edit the fla without editting the tutorial? No one else seemed to write anything about this problem so I guess they all just used the fla. A few errors I can work through but the first line of code is wrong, I had to get it from the fla, same with some stuff on the second page. Screw this. I'm only giving this a 3 'cause at least the fla works.

I am learning Flash right now in my school (IT) and this helped me a lot with basics of camera (understand technotalk in books is impossible). I even changed these scripts you provided in movie when I was trying them by myself and it turned out working well :D
