Ok, I'd be really surprised if the groundhog _hadn't_ killed everyone in sight - this is Newgrounds after all, so no points for creativity. But this was hilarious anyway, like , I don't know, a local comedian telling old jokes where you know the punchline, but he's still funny because of his style. Or something like that.
BTW, this groundhog looked exactly like the gerbil from your other cartoon.
