Well, I have to say I'm surprised ( don't worry, keep reading ) anyways, this looks really good. It's clear you've spent a shit-load of time on this, and it shows.
Graphics: Even though it was blurry and small-screened, I saw an incredible amount of detail in those... 110!? attacks, I know you didn't show them all ( about 50+ sounds right... maybe a lil' higher ) but damn, they looked smooth, I'll see the youtube version after I finish this review. Sadly, graphics aren't everything, but that screen needs to be a bit bigger, but I understand you needed to save space so... no biggy
Style: DMC re-incarnated into flash form, pretty cool, anyways, new weapons, new enemies, new attacks, new everything! even voice-actors ( they sound talented ) seems like a huge step forward, hopefully this doesn't mean you'll run out of ideas for a third one
Sound: heavy-metal and opera, I'm a fan of both so, rock on!
Violence: Ah, violence... yep' loads of it in this trailer, keep up the gore and killing and what-not, this is where you break the most ground, I have to admit (like many other viewers) 110 moves is a hell of a lot, to think of and to animate, maybe thats why your taking so long :P well take your time, no rushes here, but I am eager to play it
Interactivity: Press play/replay, meh... oh well, it is interactivity
Humor: Random trash-talk in text is funny at times
Overall: Well, this trailer was pretty amazing, hopefully when this comes out it will stay on front page... for at least... 2 years!? lol j/k but still a long time, and I have to say, this is compareable to most console games, I have to agree that alot of 3-D games blow and some old classics are much better. 2-D is pretty fun I enjoy Megaman and... Paper Mario, and other 2-D classics, hopefully when you get a bigger budget you can release this on console :) I'm pretty sure you'll be on par with DMC someday
-Well, good luck on the completion of this gem, and future tiles/projects, I envy your artistic skill, wish I could draw as good as you :( but still, your art skill is a motivation to me
