Why is this first?

This game could use a number of improvements.
First of all, more interactivity. Once you get everything infected, you just click the GO button over and over again.
2. There should be more uprades.
3. More headlines. I saw "Over 50% of population killed" for the majority of the game.
4. Make more countries harder to infest. Not just west europe. The whole game might have been called "Infest west europe"
5. I'd like some animation to watch. Like actual news clips of riots, or doctors working on medicine. There should be a "watch the news button" or something.
6. There should be some story. I'd like to think that I'm a villain watching my new virus from some random island hideout or something, laughing my ass off and watching the news headlines.
7. I think the doctors should be able to come up with medicine to lesson the effects mid game or something, so that half of the game isn't just clicking a button. And then you have to evolve your disease some more.

when you finish all of this, then maybe it would deserve first place.

Good game though, it was fun the first 3 times I played it.

I had no idea what to do on this game and your instructions didn't help at all. It seemed like just pressing GO a lot.

Over rated

I played this game several times. To me it seems too simple and over rated. How is this the #1 game on newgrounds!?!? well to kill everyone all you need to do is increase all of the transmission points, let continue till every 'continent' is infected (Central and Eastern Europe are parts of Asia). Once every continent is infected all you have to do is make it lethal, then bam you win.

This game is okay, and i honestly believe it deserves a 7.

Great game, similar to how diseases spread in the real world, though it took me forever to find out how to allow the disease spread, lol.

after taking forever to figure out how to FINALY infect west euope, i beat it. i think this game could have use a little more to it tho, IE you could have shown wha happened to the population in a way other than numbers, or maybe when you click on a contry it will show you detailed info. plus europe takes up 3/4 of aisa, i think this game has still a little ways to go, PLEASE make a sequel. btw i can kill the world in less than 100 days, i think you should lower the cap on the total days, different modes is another sugestion,

TO ALL NOOBS, remove things to get into east europe, coughing, sneezing, vomiting, humans only, etc.
