Fun game with nice upgrades
I started by buying damage, then more air guns, then speed. The computer was never able to keep up, it said "game over" after 1,000,000 points. I think this was a bug.

great game
like the one line summary says, it's a great game, no doubt t all but for goodness sake put a blinkin pause button on it so i can talk to my mates on MSN without dying and make it so you can turn the sound off as well. no offense but it does my nut in when you can't do it. Put that aside it's a great game.
it was good
well it starts of rally easy and its pretty fun to jus watch da hordes of enemys get slaughtered for like 15 min, but then from lvl 17 its insane dey come at u like crazy its impossible maybe u can make it a tad easier and also some more upgrades would be nice.

Fun and addicting, but...
Why is there such a difference in the difficulty of the ground troops vs helicopters?
A given soldier (for some reason) is roughly equivalent in toughness to a heli, but tons of guys pour out for each heli that comes on the screen.
Also, fully upgraded AA guns are more than enough to handle whatever comes at you from the air until wave 20, but your auto-turrets start letting damage in at wave 14 without support fire from the player.
From level 14 to 17, the only viable tactic is to wave your cursor over the massive throng of invading foot soldiers, and from 18 on, you can only do that while trying to quickly buy repairs to your base.
I don't really mind having the turrets do all the work OR needing to personally get involved with the defense, but I'd just like it to be more balanced. It seems silly that it's called heli defense when the biggest threat by far is the ground troops.
