Reviews for "Ed's treasure"

Pretty good

-Good-
This game seemed to run on the same engine as your last game, look around and then perform an action. The graphics were good and I liked the menu. The music was nice but once again got repeditive.

-Bad-
One thing I found hard was that I had to operate the mouse and the arrow keys at the same time witch was difficult in this game. It would have been nice if the light followed the fish but that might be to easy.

-Overall-
A good game.

Thanks for the review. I made the light and the fish separate from each other so it would make the game difficult.

A nice first.

Is was a great consept, but sometimes it just didn't work or give the right feel. You could just move anywere and eventually get the coins, the light moved joltingly and slowly compared with the fish.

The graphics were ncie, except I didn't like the bouncing of the fish when he hits seaweed.

It was a good game, just a little tedious and got a little boring. I look foward to future submissions.

Thanks for the review, i'll try and add more features if I make future games of similar sorts.

Great for a first, but room for improvement

Well to be honest, call e stupid but i only really noticed that the light was getting smaller by the last level, all i had to do for al of the levels was scan for the coin and the big sack of coins, occasionnally losing a life, nevertheless the game was still too easy. The graphics were quite good considering it is a first try and you drew all of those by yourself, must have taken a while as well, and the sound is fitting to the game but highly frustrating, repetitive and boring. The controls were a touch awkward, and i think that the light should have moved a little more subtly and smoothly rather than the abrupt jumps that it makes. Also, the protagonist can occasionaly go through a wall or get stuck at the top or bottom of the game past the borders. This can ruin the enjoyment and cause frustration to the extent of giving up and I am beginning to wonder if it was deliberate. Anyway try to improve upon this, as I look forward to your next game which I hear wil be released on your website, within a few days. Good Luck with the release!

Thanks for the constructive review, I will try to make the game harder in the future!

Great fun!

I love how you have to move the mouse for the light and the keybourd for the fish. The music was great it really made me stick to the game.
