it doesn't matter if it passed judgement or not, that just means that it'll stay with a lower score than if it were still under judgement, but there's been videos that've passed and been on for years such as the Halo Red Vs Blue final that was on here since september of '05 and was blammed just a couple months ago, but no you can still get this deleted.

Ok, here's the thing: You can't delete something you posted. At lest I don't think so. What you have to do is get people to vote 0. A lot. That should get it removed, if it isn't too late. I don't know much, cause I'm new to Newgrounds (so why didn't you think of telling people to vote 0?!).
You know, this probably got here cause it says Halo on it. People REALLY like Halo. I hope you've learned your lesson, sir.
