Pretty simple, but worth saving. Worth a laugh. He was a happy robot.
Maybe a little less jumpy
Now I'm not sure if the "jumpyness" of the setting was intent but you should try making it more still. The rest could stay as it is except for maybe more detail or some sort of effect. And I was kind of hoping for the robot's head to spontaneously combust.

If it was still, then it would suck even more. Squigglevision makes it look like there is more motion and more stuff going on than there really is.

You know, the whole time the robot was going accross the screen, I kept thinking "It's kind of dumb for a METAL robot to be wandering around in a storm."

Maybe it's rust proof? Or are you those people who question stuff like this, like if a panda disguised itself as a daikon, and two characters pull up where it hid, and pulled a daikon instead?
