Too short
I liked it but its way too short. Make it longer and repost and i think you will have yourself a nice piece of flash.

Not good
It needs work, should be faster paced and you need to consider the perspective and reaction times of all the characters involved, the gaurd on the right should have seen the infiltrator much sooner and the gaurd on the right would probably have taken in consideration the movments and position of the other guard and thus shot around him, plus he already had the shot! why not shoot twice? the second one would have killed the infiltrator.
Fairly smooth but very short

It was quite well animated besides the tweening. The only thing not well animated was the first knife throw it moved far too slow. The sound was average but fit very well. The graphics are madness, which is never a bad thing. Unfortunately this has been done too many times before.

PROS: You had the basic character models down pat, and you even got the music down right.
CONS: Well a big con would be that it's not finished. Your main character also moved kind of robot-like. Improve on blood splattering effects.
OVERALL: This may be a bit biased but I think people should just stop making "madness" flashes in general. I mean I'm not going to stop you but seriously think about it, you're not being at the least bit original. Maybe if you like it because of its epic violence, which is the main reason most people do, you should do something similar to what Krinkels does, expect get rid of the whole typical Grey, black, and white character, and make up your own character design.
