That doesnt look like Sephiroth...
It looks more like a blood elf from WoW. Also, is it me or does your use of the photoshop blur and smudged tool seem too obvious?

Kind of makes me thing of Final Fantasy, mainly regarding the hair and clothing. It's slightly a matter of personal preference but with a work in that kind of arrangement I think it would look better with a background... Regardless this is another great work of art! The colors are done exceedingly well, the motion blur is relatively depicting of a comprehensible form of motion (i.e. i can practically imagine this moving), it's also accurate, and very detailed.
