And you made it awesome, I love the techno-ish part in there. I love how the piano is a back up, then comes forward as the lead.

Impossible that you heard this exact one but yes I used the midi from vgmusic for the melody etc.
Though the beats are mine and I edited some other stuff as well like the bassline, the original one sucked.
Making a remix isn't stealing btw.

This, is a good track, it just needs a little more "echo-y-ness". The rhythms and drum beats are nice, and i've noticed at 0:33, you've cut out the fading of the trumpet sound.
