I have been going through newgrounds as of late looking at all the low rated videos and to tell you the truth i do not know why this video has a rating of 1.83, I think it is very funny.
Sorry, but...
It was pretty pathetic. The only funny bit was the 'Stop You Asshole!' bit, which actually made me laugh. Next time, try to make it longer, try to make it similair to the actual Mario kart game (use the sprites from the game, same courses, etc.), and actually make it funny, rather than stupid.
Anyway, Good luck with your future movies ;)
