Reviews for "-The Greatest Movie Ever-"

not bad

it was alright... a little bit short and not exactly " The Greatest Movie Ever", but it was okay to check out, cool audio, nice concept to it, decent graphics and your efforts were nice. i think that some more could've been done to this one overall though... more length and a little more detail to it would've helped this one out.

Good Joke

That was pretty funny, at least i got a kick out of it.

At least, it was funny and of small size.

I don't much like three second clips of guys sitting on couches. As a matter of fact, I find this submission to be a very good reason to never bother coming to Newgrounds. Not that I normally come here anyway.

and that's all it is...a joke.

hehe

lol its a good joke :P

We are not amused.

If you had simply made this movie with the intention of being ironic and iconoclastic;I would understand that. However, you chose to riff on the opening title sequencing of one of the greatest films of the last two decades(as if needed be told):"Pulp Fiction",though very poorly.I felt the that the joke was original, but fell flat;yes,we all know that the introduction was extraneously lengthy.Still, your movie failed at the most basic level to portray this to ones not so well acquainted with the said masterwork.I personaly think that it could not be more well accomplished unto another slant;it should remain an inside joke for the true heads,if you will.

chillyphilly responds:

Cheers for the review.
The opening sequence of Pulp Fiction is awesome. I never had the intention of making fun of its "extraneously lengthy" credits. I chose to basically "copy" this credits scene, because of its exciting factor. There's no way I could keep an audience with a generic credits scene that long without them realising something's not right (even though people still saw through it haha)
In no way was I trying to make a joke about the legendary movie. The joke was plain and simply a prank in wasting the audiences time and satirising flashes that have massive credits when they're the only authors ;o.
If you couldn't see it, then it's even funnier. After all, most of us on newgrounds are here to waste time.
Sorry for my last response to this. I was a child back then and couldn't understand where you were coming from haha.
