Good idea, and fun concept. I just can't help but feeling that the artwork, and the controls could use some refining.
Fun Concept...
But there are a lot of things that need some work. Proximity of the bombs, the control of the car, the actions of the people (because several of them got caught behind bombs where I couldn't get them), the way people would just walk into the car and die, and the death sequences need to be reworked.
Also, even though the levels got more interesting and all, they just, weren't as fun as they could have been. It just got kinda boring. There didn't really seem like there was any reason to keep going on. Maybe you should add some explanations, or different types of people, (boss like ones that take several hits to kill), or points for getting several kills at once, or killing however many people in a certain amount of time, you know, that kind of stuff.
Overall, if those had been changed, I would have given it a 9.

A fairly good game.
The hit detection is ridiculous as you explode if you go even near the bombs (and you don't have to be actually even THAT near them) which makes the last level almost impossible since there's also a time limit.
Anyway, it's good and you really have improved in the second part. Keep 'em coming!
