It's gotta be hard to make a flash movie of it, but I think you've done a great job :)
I like the sort of sketchy-look of it, and it brings back the joy from when you played the game for the first time.
I like how you used the music from the game in the movie as well!

The Shadow Knows...
It was a great game when I last played/beat it!! This awesome movie of yours reminds me of the awesomeness of the game but at the same time, you start to flesh out the story. It would be awesome if you did a video like this about more of the backstory of the game.
The only downside was for some of the action that you didn't make more actions, just showed a few picures of parts of the fight. It was still exciting though!
Incredible! But...
You could try and make your animations a little more animated. At the moment, your Shadow of the Colossus fan movie looks like nothing more than an interactive webcomic. I don't know about you, but I think SoC deserves a bit more realtime action than that. Perfect character portrayals. This made my spine tingle!
This is just a pencil test animation, meaning it's not really "animated" at all.
It's a good start.
The whole thing looked like some poorly-animated storyboard to me. Some color would be nice, too. You know, try to imitate the sort of bleach-bypass look the game had.
Still, the drawings were extraordinary and the game's music and language was integrated very well.
However, I noticed that Wanderer (that's really his name, Wanderer) seems to fight someone else along the journey. A bad move, in my opinion. Giving him an enemy outside the Colossi takes away from the purity that marked the game. That aside, I think it would be a wise choice to focus on the villagers and their journey to the Forbidden Land. I'm sure the drama between them would be a lot more interesting than watching Wanderer go from Colossus to Colossus.
All in all, I'd say this is a solid start. Polish the animation, add some color and you'll be golden. Good luck
