Reviews for "SSBM Zelda Temple Metaliz"

Outstanding!

Very well done my good sir, everything sounds just right! I'd play the hell out of this song if it was Rockband/Guitar Hero... Damn you copyright issues. D: Still, great work!

Sonofkirk responds:

I think you can download the song and do your own project on guitar hero. I remember someone asking me if he could download my older version of it to make his own rock band think for this song. Any way thanks for the review dude! :)

sounds like a song i in the begining

dude the begining of the song sounds like something from a band i know not to sure but awsome!=]

Sonofkirk responds:

Thanks, glad you liked it!

NICE!

Seriously rocking track man, it's almost ridiculous to hear the improvement in your mixing ability between only a few songs. The whole track sounded great, the guitar playing was superb (as always, from you!) but more specifically, it was buttery smooth and sat in the mix perfectly, the songs progression was great and interesting to listen to through and through.

The drumming, was again, also superb like most of your work, you're getting some impressive results out of the stock AD kit, if it wasn't for the distinctive sound of the cymbals I wouldn't even recognize it.
My only comment, as it has been on some of my previous comments on your work, is that the bass drum is once again lost in the mix. That was the only real major problem I could find with this track.

Anyways, this rock man, keep it up! I'm almost afraid to hear what you'll start doing if you ever get a set of balanced monitors!

Cheers,
Daniel

Sonofkirk responds:

Thanks man! I enjoy reading your reviews so much, all those compliments, that's great :D. You are right, the bass and the bass drum are always a problem in my songs, I'm constantly struggling trying to find out how it will sound on "normal" monitors... But I'm quite happy with the overall mix too :). I'd love to get a better sound card and a set a of good monitors y'know :3.

Thanks for all dude!

impossible? i think not...?

i thought it was impossible to remix a remix! but u must be master cuz u remixed one epic song (NSMB CASTLE METALIZED) btw sonofkirk check my first post, you will be pleasantly surprised i think :D

Sonofkirk responds:

Ha thanks dude :). I redid it since I thought the old was sounded too shabby, now I'm pleased! By the way, what do you mean by 'my first post'?
Thanks for the review!
