You have the skill. Now will you make a sound-board that has any use, with a person 1/10 people are familiar with. I am amazed you would invest this type of effort into a sound board that no one could use. Great skill and lousey judgement. You have to much potential to waste on something that no-one will appreciate. Put together a good sound-board and you will get 5/5 not 2/5 or worse. Thanks for the effort and Good luck in the future.
Bad buttons
Don't make it so when your over the button it goes black. You can't see the writing.And add more phrases

Make some more interesting phrases. Especially ones that could be used for prank calls...
Also when the mouse is on a button, it goes black. This is not cool because then you can't read the phrase. Find some other way to signify that the mouse is over the button.
flash?
I suppose its flash but its really just buttons...no one really LIKES to just hear like sentence or less frases from lindsey lohann...unless your like, obsessed with her, which im not. still...second flash. maybe it will pass...but its unlikely, considering most of the people on this site need blood and violence.
Newgrounds + SoundBoard = BAD
Hate to tell you, but newgrounds is exactly the friendliest atmosphere when it comes to soundboards. Soundboards are often low quality random excerpts that are cobbled together in a week. Some really good ones pass judgement, but otherwise they usually crash and burn.
