40 seconds?
It doesn't start till 40 seconds in? What the heck man! That intro is way too long! The actual invincibility theme doesn't come in till almost a minute in, and until then you're wondering, is this really the Mario Bros. Invincibility theme? Cuz I sure don't hear it. Lucky for you I'm not like a lot of people who won't wait for the song to get started and rate it bad if they don't like the beginning. The beginning of a song is crucial on this site. Fortunately, the beginning isn't bad, it just isn't the invincibility theme. But people might still wonder where the invincibility theme is and rate 0-2 and leave before the first 40 seconds are up. Honestly, the first 40 seconds sound familiar, like I've heard them in a completely non-Mario-related song. So people might come in, be like, "what the, this isn't Mario," and then leave disappointed without hearing the whole song. Intros aren't a bad thing, but don't make them so long! I say 16 seconds max, and it better be an interesting intro. Yours was interesting, but too freaking long.
Enough about that though. This is a pretty awesome remix nonetheless. I mean we're talking the invincibility theme here, and you managed to stretch that loop to 4 minutes! It's normally only a couple of measures long. Yet you managed to make 4 minutes of awesome invincibility music (although 40 seconds wasn't the invincibility theme, so I guess only 3 min 20 sec). That I find to be impressive. Thus I give you a 5/5 and an 8/10, only taking off for the long, unrelated intro.
