that was a pretty unique and interesting animation you got here, though to me, it seemed like a large portion of this one was describing Ritomikku Kage and not much of a flash. the description of Ritomikku Kage was very interesting and carries huge potential. if this one was intended as a trailer/teaser, then it was perfect.... otherwise more could've been done to it. either way, it was still good.

Decent start
Graphically, this was fairly decent. I'm not a huge fan of the anime style, but you drew it reasonably well, and it obviously fits it with the setting of the movie.
If you wanted to improve this however, I'd set a bit more into story instead of just a fight scene. The concept of the Ritomikku Kage intrigued me, but in the movie all you really did was show someone becoming one and a fight. Personally, I'd like to know more about them. So I'd recomend in the next one of these you do, or if you remake this one, explaining a bit more about the Ritomikku Kage.
One final thing I'd like to adress is that the text at the beginning. For me it's fine to read. But for others I can easily it being a problem. Maybe you could make it more interesting by having someone narrate what's being said with backgroudnt hat's relevant to what's being said.
E.g. For the bit about people being arressted show a scene of the police arressting people.
