Reviews for "Yojimbo 1 : Shinobi"

very nice

You spent alot of time on this. I really am sick of japanese/chinese style though, it's killing me. But you are good at it, and was well done. I would like to see what you can do in other genres though...

Thanks, maybe I might make a short halloween animation with a diffrent style of drawing.Ill let you know. Thanks

Wow, nice job dude.

I'll bet this took a good chunk of time off your hands. Very well drawn, the animation is smooth, and the overall feel the flash conveys is one I just so happen to be very familiar with. I gave a 7 for humor due to the part where the blonde ninja's mask falls down in the middle of the fight, that was quite funny. The poor little blonde probably got the beating of her life from that samurai. I love the style of the flash, the cherry blossoms are a very nice touch. Overall, I'd say you did good, and if you're making another, I suggest if you use colored lines, match the lines to the color of what you are outlining. I prefer good ol anime style though, so my vote would be for black lines.

Awesome job.

I got a kimono like that at home. I got white Hakama pants and a blue top. I even got sandals and the socks and a real hand forged katana. They are authentic too. But enough about that, now the flash. It was done well. I like the drawings and the story. It's like an actual Anime. Do more of these. Let me know when you're going to do more.

pretty good.

I really liked it. I noticed a couple things that might need correcting, though.
First, at the beginning where you see the person's feet walking, you have the legs directly above the feet. When a person walks, their body leans forward. You might want to tilt the legs forward. Not a big deal, though.
Second, When you see the side view of the man, his scar bulges out of his face. In reality, scars indent into the flesh (especially when the scars are big). Again, it's not a very big deal.
Overall, the animation is really good. Color is definately better than black and white. Keep it up. I look forward to the next installment.

Thanks for spoting the mistakes. But I made those scenes when i was first learning how to use flash. So i did alot of layers per image for nothing lol.Ill make it better next time.

nice concept

i like your concept and hopefully i will be seeing more episodes from you soon! i gotta say, though, that this movie is really well laid out and the story has a really good plot to it! although your graphics could use a little more work, i can clearly see that you have what it takes to make a masterpiece!
