ahh now the story seems to come together somewhat... hmm.
this one seemed a little short, but the story makes up for it. the music somehow dident catch my ears for some reason, but thats alright.
4am and im still watching... what have u done to me i cant stop... thank god these are quick dl's or else id go crazy.
A Slowly Unfolding Story
After three slow, plodding episodes that go almost nowhere, showing off incredible artwork with only hints of a story that may make sense days from now, this fourth chapter of Broken Saints does something no previous chapter has done. The author has departed from his solely metaphorical and philosophical language and met the common man about halfway, utilizing a beautiful blend of philosophical musings and human life. The initial language is very moving, even thought-provoking, as one would expect from the featured character: a Shinto priest.
The sound quality of the episode, while beginning with suitable accompanying music, quickly degrated to a series of annoying screeches and hums once the action that encompassed the last third or so of the episode began. But the action, while not exactly exciting, is worth watching for the hints it drops that may actually unite the stories that we've seen so far. Of course, the story may still turn in a variety of directions, making the direction this episode appears to be leading a pointless distraction, but this episode turned out to be quite the enjoyable watch for the philosophical-minded.
