To War, eh?
Very well done, good sir. The dissonance in the beginning and throughout are great building tools. The percussion is very strict and reminiscent of a march; minus the chimes/tubular bells/whatever you want to call them. Though they are too frequently chiming when they are in a solo-esque type of deal. At that point it sounds more like a railroad crossing rather than war bells, church bells in war time, or whatever your intention was. For example at 2:31, they are chiming too fast. Perhaps 2 hits rather than 4 for the chord changes. They organ is absolutely evil sounding and fits the chaos. The brass seem to be blaring rather than doing a fanfare after that, which is usually looked down upon. Even the trombone in the beginning is blaring rather than just sounding.
All my little quirks aside, this is a fabulous war peace. Perhaps you should consider writing opera with works like this. Just a suggestion.
