well... i like the art, but i dident really know what was going on, is he a ghost or somethin, why did he shot that guy in the truck, then theirs the random war, and then theirs the thing about shoting the guy in the building when there was no city around the other guy. unless his bullet flew across the world, i dont know. all and all its good. but you have to let the viewer know what the hell is going on. keep doing that shit and i hope to see better stuff.

Well..I was impressed with the art...but the animation was choppy. Sound was excellent. Didn't appreciate the story. Though it left you hangin enough to where I would probally check out Scene 2.
Looks like a military operation gone bad
I agree with that last guy, the storyline was very weak and the plot was almost nonexistent, considering there is nothing telling us exactly what the deal is with that phantom that shoots people.
