I think you should work on it and give movement along with great AI and more characters.

It's alright
To be better I think the game needs:
-Better control. Player 1 should use WASD.
-Jumping. Always a good thing.
-Combos. More than 3 attacks would be nice.
-More blood. This game was did not meet my slaughtery expectations.
-Other fighters. You could just get your friend to wear a pirate hat or something.
-A single player mode. For people who don't have any friends to play with.
REALLY COOL
But it was very easy. You could allow some movement, because its annoying to be punching on the same spot.

basicly you just kick and punch, not much to it. maybe if the characters can move it might have been better.

Its Kick, Ounch and Headbutting.
Both players can walk by pressing n and m (Player1) or 1 and 2 (Player2)
